Folded configurations can form secure wraparound protection for elongated items as well as puncture and impact resistance that is superior to the protection offered by traditional corrugated.

FlatGuard can be engineered with special die cuts and folds to provide application-specific protection. It provides an added degree of protection

along edges or on corners that can easily become dented or nicked and

is an excellent option for applications in which a product must be protected from strapping damage, such as lumber shipments.

Available in widths up to 100mm and lengths up to 2000mm, custom sizes also can be designed to meet the precise needs of your particular application. Standard caliper options range from 0.080 to 0.600 inches.
